AutoFormat changes

Can one change the defaults of the AutoFormat to reflect
fonts and paragraphing I use constantly? How? Thanks.

Don't know the answer to your question, but a sideways approach to consider:

Setting up defaults to match your preferred formatting and learning how to
take full control of Word would eventually make document creation just as
easy as using AutoFormat, and more useful in the long run. Start here:

http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Customization/CreateATemplatePart1.htm

http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Customization/CustomizeNormalTemplate.htm

Or, if you had a specific end result in mind to solve a specific problem,
someone might be able to help if you give more details, including Word and
OS version.

I should have mentioned that I use 2000 on XP. I was
looking for a way to load a 200-page document using
AutoFormat to "launch" the layout process rather than
having to tag each paragraph since I have at least five
different levels in the manuscript.
