Autoforward does not forward replies

I have set up a rule to foward everything in that comes into the inbox to an
account.

Account types: POP
Primary Account: Scheduler (Rule is applied on this acocunt)
Secondary Account: Me

Rule Description: Apply this rule after the message arrives on this machine
only
Foward it to Me

When I sent a new message from Me, it goes into the scheduler account and
gets auto forwarded back to Me, when I reply to that auto forwared message it
goes into the inbox of the scheduler account and it is not forwared, just
stays in the inbox.

Why would the rule work for only new emails comming into that account, but
not forwared or replied emails?
