Is there any way to create a list of tasks that is performed in sequence and
added automatically to the 'to do' list? The start date would be different
for each customer however the tasks would be the same.
e.g. Day 1 - Phone Call
day 2 - Email
day 6 - greeting card
day 8 - email
etc. etc.
