Automate the Project Professional Refresh (F9) workflow

We have 90 projects on project server and need to open and refresh each one
to get them to recalculate some of the Enterprise Fields. Enterprise Fields
are changing every week while we are developing some enhanced project
information.

The Current Workflow:
Open the Project, Press F9 to Refresh, Save and Publish, Close and Checkin
the project.

My Question: Is the a way to Automate this workflow? How about a script
using PSI.

It there a way to create a Macro to execute F9, Save, Publish, and Exit?
