Automated Contact creation

I need to know if there is a tool that will search through tasks, .doc and e-mails looking for the typical e-mail addres
format and create a contact entry for that e-mail address

An admin at my company has been receiving an e-mail with sometimes as many as 60-70 attachments that she has to go through looking for e-mail addresses

Any ideas on a way to automate this would be greatly appreciated.
