automated via time increments

I need to get a push in the right direction.

I need to have a report run according to two parameters in a table. The
parameters are based on a yes/no field and the time this item was checked.

How would I go about having a report run...say every three months...that
would pull these items out according to a specific date span and should run
every three months without user input?

Any help you can provide, would be appreciated.
