Automatic CC template

Hello,

Is there any way to create an outgoing mail template
addressed to certain contacts so I dont have to re-enter
them every time?
The problem is, I need to cc a colleague on nearly every
email I send and I want a template I can open which
automatically does this so I dont forget.
