Automatic Copy of Data From One form to Another

Hi

I have been developing a database for the charity I work for. Now the
database has 3 sections shown in 3 forms which I have linked together
by using a Reference Number field.

Now, the main section holds the address of people and the other two
hold other information. Not all the entries on the main section will
use the other sections.

On the main section the Reference Number field is an "AutoNumber" entry
and on the other two I put the same number in manually.

Is it possible that if I wanted to put information into one of the
other sections/forms by clicking on the button that links the Reference
Number fields that the Reference Number, First Name and Surname fields
could be copied over which saves any error?
