Automatic Dialing from Outlook? Excel?

Hello,

I'm wondering if it's possible to use either my Outlook Contacts or Excel
files to dial directly from my computer over the internet with a computer
headset? If so, if you can share with me where I can get specific
information on how to do this, I'd appreciate it. Also, can contacts from OL
and files from Excel be exported to a contact database software such as ACT,
as I think ACT has the function of calling, though I'm not 100% sure. If you
happen to know, please tell me.

You seem to be in need of Customer Relations Management software. Outlook is
not CRM software. Neither is Excel. Certainly you can search for and
purchase CRM software that will fit your needs. This group can't help you do
that.
