I am interested in changing the color of certain calendar meeting events
based on certain people being Required Attendees (or me only being an
Optional Attendee). Although the automatic formatting window allows me to
pick those people's names from our Global Address Book, the color results are
virtually random. For some of the entries the assigned color will appear
based on what seems to be a match of merely first names, while other entries
do not get the color even though the specified person is a Required Attendee.
I have even tried a number of the field options under the Condition /
Advanced tab. That produced even more bizzarre results.
