Automatic Forwarding of E-mail to different address

Does anyone know how I can set my outlook e-mail so that
ALL incoming message are automatically forwarded/sent on
to another address. For example I would like all the
messages coming to me at [email protected] to be forwarded
automatically to [email protected]
