Is there a way to automatically forward e-mail if there's
no response within some timeframe (i.e., 3 hrs). Example;
Say we only have 3 days to complete an office process,
and we need an e-mail action from Dave and Jane, but
Dave's in another building and he's in meetings today,
but we don't know it,... can you automatically forward an
e-mail if he doesn't respond in the 3 hours ?
