"automatic links to information in another..."

Everytime I open a document I get the message "The
workbook you opened contains automatic links to
information in...."

is there a way to stop this from happening and/or to find
what those links are?

They can be difficult to find. I'd use Bill Manville's addin to help find
the pesky ones.
