automatic name replacement

When I type a certain last name in either Word or Excel in Office 2003
Basic, it is automatically changed to another word. I.E. "Smith" is always
changed to "symphony". How do I stop this?

Open the Tools > AutoCorrect Options dialog. Look down the left column of
the list of AutoCorrect items, select the name, and click the Delete button.
