Yes there are ways. If the date comes from a form, you can
simply subtract the current date from the previous date
and get the number of days in elapsed time. To send the e-
mail use docmd.sendobject. The object you would send
would, more than likely, be a report you create. Look in
Access VB help for more information.
dim previousDate as date
dim curDate as date
previousDate=Me![datefield]
curDate=now()
if(curDate-previousDate>=365)then
docmd.sendobject ...
etc., etc.
