I have several events that occur on a somewhat regular frequency. I
track the events on an Excel calendar. The calendar is an annual one
and the dates are entered into the cells as 1, 2, 3, etc. A certain
event will occur on the 5th day of March, say. I know that this event
will occur again about every 8 days, but it may be 7 days or 9 days. I
paste a small green circle into the cell with the 5 and then paste the
same green circle every 8 days thereafter for the balance of the year.
So, a green circle will go into the cells with 5, 13, 21, 29, etc.
This allows me to see in advance "about" when the next occurrences
will be. But let's say that the next occurrence actually happens 7
days later on the 12th and not the 13th. I have to manually update all
of the subsequent cells manually. Is there a way to do this
automatically?
Thanks for any help you can offer.
