Another issue on a Dell C600 running Windows XP and MS
Office 2003: user received an email from someone outside
the company. He receives the following error message when
opening a specific message:
Automatic Picture Download: To comlplete this action,
Outlook must download content from a server other than
your email server. This could verify to the sender that
your email address is valid and increase the amount of
junk email you receive in the future.
The user selects the OK option. Then it takes several (4-
5 minutes) for Outlook to respond. Once it does, the user
is unable to reply or forward this message. He has to
stop the Outlook process and restart it.
Again, any ideas?
