Automatic read receipts

AUTO REPLY in OUTLOOK

The usual way of sending read receipts requires the mail recipient to click
YES to send me a read receipt. Is there a hidden auto reponse wether the mail
was read or deleted along with time and date stamp ?

No, the receiver stays in control of the mail he/she receives.
