automatic reminder setting

Hello,
I have set my outlook 2003 calender to have a default reminder set for 15
mins. Still when I accept new invitations, i have to explicitly enable the
reminder.

Is there a way to have the reminder always enabled on the newly accepted
invitations?

If the item does not have a reminder setting included, your settings will
not appear unless you manually enable them.
