Hi,
you can use conditional formating to highlight let' say in red a cell when
the stock reaches the minimun, for example in A1 you have a formula that
populate your stock level then with conditional formating, choose less than
there enter the minimun requiered for example 1000 and then choose the color
you want the cell to have
