How do I set up to send automatic replies saying I will be
out of the office until a certain date.

If using Exchange, Tools->Out of Office Assistant. If not, use rules.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

There is a place I found http://support.microsoft.com and
it is titled "How to emulate the Out of Office Assistant
in Microsoft Outlook". If you can't find it, I'll help
you tomorrow, 9/24.

If you go to the website in the earlier reply:
http://support.microsoft.com - look under "How to
instructions, step by step" link. It's on the upper
portion of the screen. About midway down, an article
called "How to emulate the Out of Office Assistant in
Microsoft Outlook". This will explain the rules idea from
Milly's e-mail. Hope you find it.
