automatic reply based on subject line

Wanting to know how to create an automatic reply if the
subject contains a certain phrase.

I know that you use the rules wizard etc. but you need to
create a template to reply. The rules wizard only
searches for otf or oft (can't remember) templates. How o
I make these? for some reason I can only make dot
templates.

In Outlook 2002 and 2003 you'll have the action to have the server reply
with a specific template. This makes it a serverside rule again.
