automatic reply for all emails

Hello

Does anyone know how I can set up an auto reply that will reply to all
emails received that will also work when the PC is switched off. It can't be
an out of office as this has "Out Of Office" in the subject line when the
auto reply gets sent off.

That would have to be server based then. You don't say what email server
you are using. E.g. gmail allows you to set an autoresponder, many others
do. If you are exchange based then you need to talk to your exchange admin.
