Automatic reply to address in msg body ?

I receive automated emails from a website. These emails contain in the body
the email address of customers making enquiries. I need to send automated
replies not to the sender, but to the individuals who's addresses are
contained within the body of the text.
The emails follow a set format, so I guess there should be some way of
retrieving the address and sending it to the To: box on an saved template.
Any ideas ?
