Automatic Reply to All

Is it possible to set up a automatic Reply to all for
incoming messages in Outlook 2000? Is it available in
any newer versions of Outlook, or possible some 3rd party
application?

You can do this with rules, but be very very [1] careful. You can end up
with bad mail loops when autoreply meets autoreply - and you'll be replying
to every spammer who sends you mail, which will increase the volume of spam
you get.

I have seen the rule to do the auto reply, but what I
need is a reply to all. Everyone who is cc'd on the
original message needs to get a copy of the auto reply
not just the sender. I'm not really concerned with the
spam, we have a pretty good spam filter that will prevent
unwanted mail from going to the address I need to set up
the autoreply for.

Don't know - I've never tried it. What's your actual goal here, if I may
ask?

There will be e-mails sent to 1 specific address in our
organization from another company with purchase orders.
This e-mail will come from any one of 5 or 6 different
people with about 10 other various addresses cc'd. They
will all need to to receive an automated confirmation
that their order has been received.
