Automatic Resending of Email

is there such a thing as an 'automatic resend' setup in
Outlook?
i am asking this because for the past 5 months we are
getting 3-5 messages a day from the same person, with the
same email subject and content.
we already spoke to the person and she said she's not
resending the email.
their company is using MS Exchange Server / MS Outlook for
Client.

please help.
