Automatic Response to Check Box Selections

I have a protected Word document with check boxes and text form fields. I
would like Word to automatically fill in some of the text form fields and
check boxes in response to a check box being selected. For example, if the
check box at the top of the page says Tacos and it is selected, I want the
hamburger, lettuce, and tomatoe check boxes selected from the bottom of the
document and the word 'purchase' entered in the text form field. What's the
easiest way of doing this?

You'd have to have a macro; most likely one that fires when the user EXITS the
checkbox. (Form fields have no trigger when a checkbox is checked/unchecked;
only enter and exit.)
