Automatic send after SubmitMessage

One more Q for the MAPI gurus:
After I do a SubmitMessage the email is left in my Outbox awaiting me
to click Send/Receive in Outlook. I believe that occurs only in the IM
version, but nevertheless is not a problem I want to occur to my
customers. Is there no way to force a spooler flush after email
submittion on IM version?
