Automatic sequential numbering

I want to have reference number, date and time, and initial
automatically inserted in each outgoing message in Outlook 2000. Fo
example - REF: 312445-SY 03-11-2003/13:57:12
I want to have a subsequent number for each new letter and differen
innitials for the different users.
Is there any add-in or function to do this, I have been looking for s
long for something like this but the only thing I found is MailFile
and it adds only initials and number, which is not sequential bu
random.
It is very important to have sequential number, date, time and initial
at the same time

Look on the Utilities section at www.slipstick.com to see if anything
listed there meets your needs. If not then you would have to write
custom code to do what you want.

I am afraid I couldn't find anything in www.slipstick.com. Could anyone
help me on programming this in Visual Basic? I am afraid I am not quite
familiar with this programming language. Do I have to move to another
section?
