Automatic Shading?

Is it possible in a formula / function to say

"If cell E23=0, make cell A23 shading blue"?

Or something similar to that.

Hi

Have a look at Format / Conditional Formatting. Select cell A23, go to
conditional formatting and change the 'Cell value is' to 'Formula is' and in
the box put
=E23=0
You can then select the format you want (from the Pattern tab, I guess)
