Automatic Slide Transition after running custom animations.

Is there a way to force an automatic slide transition after a custom
animation has completed? Like, for instance is there a way to just add a
slide transition to the timeline?

Slide Transitions are available on the Slide Sorter toolbar while in Slide
Sorter View. Set the slide to automatically advance after 1 second and 1
second after your animations, the slide will do just that.
