I cannot find the answer to this Outlook 2002 question.
I have dozens of sub-folders (and sub-sub-folders, etc.)
under my Inbox. I want to keep them closed (i.e., have
the "+" showing) most of the time. However, if I get a
new message and my mail rules have directed it to a
particular sub-sub-sub folder, then I want that folder to
be shown.
Is there an Outlook option to do this?
