IS THERE A WAY TO SET UP A TABLE WHERE THE ROWS LEAVE A
SPACE AFTER EVERY THIRD ENTRY LIKE THIS:

1
3
4

5
6
7

AND IF I NEED TO PUT NUMBER 2 BETWEEN THE 1 AND 3, IT WILL
AUTOMATICALLY REFORMAT IT IN ROWS OF 3 AGAIN LIKE THIS:

1
2
3

4
5
6

7??

Hi Tommy,

No, there is no way to set up Word to do this for you
automatically. Probably your best bet would be a macro that
you could run over the table at need.
