Automatic update through Web query

I want the excel to retreive the data automatically from the website.

For example for every 5 mins, the web query should run and retrieve the data
from the website. Could some one help me on this.

When I right-click on a web query's data in Excel 2003 and use "Data range
properties," a dialog box is displayed. One of the choices there is
"Refresh every ___ minutes."

Works for me.
