Automatically add e mail address in Contact List from Messages

I want Outlook to auto build up contact list from the messages I receive so
that I do not have to individually enter the e mail address and name for each
contact.

Also, is there any provision like 'right clicking' on the message and having
an option called 'add to contact list', selecting that option and then having
contact build up only for that message. I am not finding this provision. But
I find it is very obvious and logical requirement and going by the very
intelligent programmers at Microsoft, they would not have missed this point.
Sure there must be some way out.

You'll find the option you're looking for if you right-click the sender name
in the reading pane or open message. You can also drag the message to the
Contacts folder; creating a new contact that way provides some context of why
that person was added as a contact, because it records the content of the
message as notes for the contact.

As for doing that automatically (which I personally would not recommend),
see http://www.slipstick.com/contacts/addauto.htm.
