Automatically adjusting email message to fit in Reading Pane

I've just installed Outlook 2003. I have a daily newsletter that I cannot
read without scrolling left and right. Even when I open up the message, I
still have to scroll left and right to read it.

Does anyone know if there is an option to fix this?
