Automatically approve timesheets and actuals into project plans

Has anyone found a way to automatically approve timesheets and timesheet actuals into project plans programmatically?

I need to do this myself. Would love a definitive answer. Is it possible to manipulate MSP_WEB_TRANSACTIONS?

Sure. It is only data in a SQL database. You can do anything you like with
it. But you will need to do a lot of testing to make sure that nothing in
Project Server breaks because of it.
