How to automatically CC or BCC someone every time I create a new email
message.
In other words,have an email address default in the CC field when I click on
New Message and another Q is can someone to tell me what is the DL and it
stand for what?

you can create a rule to send a copy to yourself.
DL = Distribution List.

HI HAU,
I have the german version, but i think its the same as in english so,
after sending a message
with account " yourself"
move this item as copy to "folder".
stop processing more rules.
READY.
