Automatically cc individual in Outlook 2003

How do you create a rule to automatically cc an inidividual on every email
sent? Thanks.

Exactly as you said; create a rule.
Tools->Rules and Alerts...-> start from a blank rule that check the messages
upon sending. Then use the on-screen instructions.

Thanks for responding.

The Rules Wizard did not have an option for every email sent, not sure which
option(s) to check. Also, since this is the company computer, I am unable to
download any additional software that may assist with setting up this feature
when using Outlook 2003.

No additional software is required for this.
Tools-> Rules and Alerts-> New Rule...
Select the option “Start from a blank rule†and then select “Check message
after sending†and press the Next button.

After selecting Next, the following dialogue box named "What condition(s) do
you want to check?" appears with "Step 1: Select condition(s)". Not sure
what condition(s) to select, there is no option for cc the message. Please
advise.

You don't set any condition as you want it to apply to all your emails going
out so just click the Next button and accept the notification that no
conditions have been set.
Now you get a list of actions to choose from; select the CC option and
specify the address.
Click Next.
If you don't want any exceptions, click Next again.
In the last screen you can name your rule and set some optional things.
Click Finish.
Test your rule.
