How do I use a Template created in an ENGLISH version of MS Word from a
SPANISH version of Word w.o. getting errors such as "Heading 1" is not found
(because in Spanish the style is called "Título 1")?

In what context are you seeing these messages? As part of StyleRef fields? In
this case, there's no way to use the template in an English language interface
without first changing the field codes referencing the styles.

If this is due to macros of some sort, then the macros can be edited to use
language-neutral style designations.
