Automatically checking email

Is there any way to set Outlook 2003 to automatically check email every 10
minutes? I know how to do it in other programs but I couldn't find the
option in Outlook.

Go to Tools | Options. On the Mail Setup tab, click the
Send/Receive button, and set it how you want it there.
