Only Outlook 2002 and 2003 have this feature and then only if you're
previously emailed or replied to the person.

Go to Tools -> Options -> Email Options -> Advance Email
Options - And at the bottom, make sure there is a
checkmark in the following:

"Suggest Names While Completeing, To,CC,BCC" Etc etc. and
"Automatic Name Checking".

This should resolve your issue. This is for Outlook
2003. I am unsure of the shortcut for 2000.

Good Luck,
Kris

and Bcc: fields.

This info. isn't stored in your Contact folder. It is stored in a separate
system file.

Keep in mind that OL does NOT store contact or autocomplete data in the same
manner as OE. This information is stored in a hidden, system folder called
an NK2 file.
