Automatically configure outlook in Terminal Server

Hy folks,
at my customer we have migrated 234 client in Terminal Server 2003
enviroment. There is a solution to configure automatically the outlook
profile for any users?

We have created a script for activation exchange mailbox in active directory
(and its ok) but now we need configure the outlook profile....
