Automatically correct text as you type

Is there a way to automatically correct text as you paste, in the same
manner as automatically correct text as you type. For example, not all, but
some corrections should take place automatically.

I pasted the phrase ..
I've been arguing with the inspector about the need for a sprinkler system.
The original document has too many spaces between "for a". This was
probably an artifact of the text editor it was prepared in.

Work will detect the problem and correct it with a right click of the mouse.
But is there a command to automatically fix the obvious errors?

Thank you,
Fred Jacobowitz

If this is repeated many time, use Edit Replace to correct the error. Search
for 'for a' and Replace with 'for a' and make sure to check the Whole Words
only option.
