automatically delete messages w/ "completed" flags

I frequently flag my e-mails for follow-up. Is there a way to have Outlook
automatically delete an e-mail whose flag has been marked as "completed"? I
tried to set up a rule to do this, but the critieria to create the rule did
not exist.
