Automatically deleting email from server

Entourage X I am trying to configure Entourage to automatically
delete email from the server after download to my computer. The
instructions in Entourage help says to go to tools, accounts, select
account then edit and then there should be a choice for Delete
options and an Advanced tab. I do not have a Delete options tab.
when I get to the edit screen I have Account Settings and Options.
Under options there is a box that says "leave a copy of message on
server" . I don't know if this is where I would make the choice but it
is not checked. It sounds so easy when I look at the Help information
but I just can't figure it out.

Thanks. At least now I know I was in the correct area. For some
reason it was not working. I checked the box, closed and then
reopened Entourage, and then unchecked the box. I also went on the
server and deleted all the email thinking it might be a problem with
one of the emails there. Now it is working. Alice
