I asked this questions yesterday and I must not have made my situation clear.
I am working on a form to make data entry easier for our temps. I have a
field in a form that is "Box #" I don't want the temps to have to type the
box number over and over again for every record they enter for that box. I
would like it if the field would populate with the last data that was entered
and our temps could tab past it and when they need to enter a New box # they
could and it would then populate the field with the new number until they
enter another one.
I am still a novice when it comes to Access. I would appreciate any help
with this problem. It is the last thing I am trying to get the form to do.
I don't know if it can be accomplished with a macro or if a VB script will be
needed. Thank you
