Automatically forward w/attachment to another email

On a daily basis I receive email with attachment from an outsdie source that
I would like to automatically forward to another email recipient, with the
attachment. Is there a way to do so?

Just establish a rule for incoming messages from recipient, to be forwarded
to some destination. Attachments get forwarded automatically.

Exchange server? If so, does it allow forwarding outside the network? If
yes, use a rule, if not, you'll need to use a utility or VBA to send it as a
new message.
