I have been having these delay messages occuring on a
regular but random basis. I never know after I have sent
a message whether it will arrive or not. Eventually it
will but it can take a week. It seems if I send it
through the internet using hotmail's website it goes
through but when I send it through Outlook it is hard to
tell what is going to happen. This is very difficult to
cope with and I can't seem to find the problem. I haqve
haqds Outlook Express and hotmail together for secveral
years and it worked fine. This problem strarted about 6
weeks ago. Any help????
