Hi,
Im sure this can be easily done but so far i havent had much luck. Im using
Outlook 2003 and have got a few rules set up to move my emails into certain
folders depending on the subject line. I would like for all emails in a
certain folder to be highlighted or marked in some way if they haven't been
replied or followed up in X hours.
The closest thing i can find is adding a reminder, but this has to be done
manually and a specific hour of the day set. The other close match i found
was to flag the message for follow up in x days in the rules wizard. Neither
quite fit the bill.
Can anyone help?
